AGREEMENT: Paedeia Educational Promotions (PEP), its agents and employees shall not be responsible for any injury or loss to Exhibitor or its employees during or because of the Exhibition, including personal injury or damage to property. Exhibitor assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify (PEP) and its respective employees and agents against any claims and expenses arising out of participation and the Exhibition. Exhibitor understands that all payments are final and that event is rain or shine.
