CONTRACT  

Exhibitor applies to rent a booth or booths at BBP™ 2001 Fair.  Upon receipt of payment and confirmation of this agreement by BBP.  BBP agrees to provide such booth space as is available to Exhibitor on availability bases.  There will be no rain date. BBP retains the right to determine the placement of Exhibitors within the Exhibition, and to establish rules regarding hours of operation and the operation of the Exhibition.  Exhibitor agrees that it will not sublet or assign its space at the Exhibition.

All payments are final and non-cancelable.  If the exhibition area is unavailable, or if BBP determines that the Exhibition will not be held; BBP will return to exhibitor the full rental fee it has paid, but shall not be responsible for additional damages or losses the Exhibitor may claim.

BBP, its agents and employees shall not be responsible for any injury or loss to Exhibitor or its employees during or because of the Exhibition, including personal injury or damage to property.  Exhibitor assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify BBP, Paedeia Educational Promotions, and their respective employees and agents against any claims and expenses arising out of participation and the Exhibition.  Exhibitor understands that neither BBP nor Paedeia Educational Promotions maintains insurance covering the Exhibitor’s property, and its sole responsibility of Exhibitor to obtain such insurance.
